LARGE DIAMETER WELDED PIPE FROM CANADA, GREECE, AND TURKEY
BULLETIN
The U.S. International Trade Commission has made the following determinations in its final phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigations concerning Large Diameter Welded Pipe from Canada, Greece, and Turkey.
With respect to line pipe:
The Commission has made affirmative determinations with respect to the antidumping duty investigations of line pipe from Canada, Greece, Korea, and Turkey.The Commission has made an affirmative determination with respect to the countervailing duty investigation of line pipe from Korea.The Commission has terminated the countervailing duty investigation of line pipe from Turkey.
With respect to structural pipe:
The Commission has made affirmative determinations with respect to the antidumping duty investigations of structural pipe from Canada, Korea, and Turkey.The Commission has made affirmative determinations with respect to the countervailing duty investigations of structural pipe from Korea and TurkeyThe Commission has terminated the antidumping duty investigation of structural pipe from Greece.
With respect to stainless steel pipe:
The Commission has made negative determinations with respect to the antidumping duty investigations of stainless steel pipe from Canada and Korea.The Commission has made a negative determination with respect to the countervailing duty investigation of stainless steel pipe from Korea.The Commission has terminated the antidumping duty investigations of stainless steel pipe from Greece and Turkey.The Commission has terminated the countervailing duty investigation of stainless steel pipe from Turkey.
